Next Generation Up

Making Our Mission Real

Next Generation Up, Inc. will measure success based on the impact of our youth. Our organization is built to empower our youth through recognition of diversity and inclusion. We have challenged ourselves to provide opportunities for our youth to travel to other parts of our state and nation using sports as an avenue for these adventures. Our objective will always be lessons of teamwork and the importance of community service. Through these actions we hope to create leaders that extend beyond the underserved communities of Phoenix, AZ.

We started this movement, because I want my daughters, their friends and teammates to be more than athletes. I want them to always remember they need to help others. I believe the only time you should look down on someone is if you are helping them up. #GirlDad

I have a passion for teaching, and this passion extends beyond lessons learned in the class room. Being involved with Next Generation Up, Inc. allows me to teach in the classroom of life. It's an experience that I can share with my daughters, teaching them and showing them how to lead and teach others.
